Cloud Nine requires 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, Cloud Nine will regrettably have to charge you for the treatment booked.
Cloud Nine gives full or partial refunds for any unused treatments within pre-paid courses up to 14 days from the purchase date.
If any of the course treatments have been used these will be charged based on the individually priced treatments and not the course discount price. Unfortunately, we are unable to give any refunds after 14 days from the purchase date.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for any completed treatments.
However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us and we will try and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Cloud Nine does not give a refund or exchange for any products purchased unless unopened and in it’s original packaging.
