The salon is deep cleaned on a daily basis, as well as being thoroughly sanitised between appointments.
To keep the number of people in the salon to a minimum, we ask that you come to your appointment alone, unless you require a carer to come with you.
Unfortunately, we do not allow children under the age of 11 into the salon.
At the end of your appointment you will be asked to pay by card as we will not be able to accept cash from you for hygiene reasons.
Our staff will not attend the salon if they have tested positive for Covid-19. Likewise, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment if you test positive for for Covid-19 or are unwell. For the safety of us all, please DO NOT come to the salon.

You will be asked to complete a consultation form prior to your arrival where we ask you to detail any medical conditions, incase these prevent us from carrying out your treatment. If these change before your appointment please let your therapist know. This information will be treated as private and not shared with any third parties.
Please be aware you might be required to have a patch test for specific treatments 48 hours prior to your treatment. Our team will make you aware of this at the time of booking.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.
Please note that our vouchers are non refundable.
Gift vouchers must only be used by the person named on the voucher and before the expiry date.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or have their balanced consolidated to a new gift voucher. Unfortunately we are unable to add your gift voucher amount to your account with Cloud Nine.
