Cloud Nine Beauty Salon West Byfleet Cancellation Policy and Terms

Dear Clients

Your custom is very important to us at Cloud Nine and we will always do out utmost to fit you in for an appointment at a time that suits you.

We take your appointment as a verbal contract and the time slot is reserved especially for you.  If you forget to cancel  your appointment or don’t give us sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list.   No Shows and last minute appointment moves have serious financial implications for our business.

We therefore respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us ASAP and at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be liable for the full cost of the treatment booked.

We do understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic.  Please see our Covid guidelines here.

Gift Voucher Policy

Please note that our vouchers are not refundable.    They need to be used by the person named on the voucher and must be used by the expiry date shown.

Contact Details

Please let us know if you change your contact details, so that we always have your current mobile number and email address on file at the salon.

Our 48 hour cancellation policy allows us to keep our team members schedules filled by offering our standby clients any slots which become available.
